    ok...now i'm confused... don't seem fair that the ls1 can be powdercoated but the pi cannot!!! :mad: well i'll just wait on some more advice before i make what could be a drastic decision...if all else fails i guess i'll just try and paint....but you just can't beat powder

    so the ls1 intake and the pi intake are different material?....cuz i thought they were made from the same material? so should i just go ahead and paint the valve covers and intake with some engine enamel and a high performance wheel clear coat? or any other suggestions?

    i got the moisture in my driverside headlight...these are one piece headlamps on my 97, so if i can avoid taking it out of the frame that would be awesome. but i'll do whatever to just get the moisture out and keep it out....suggestions?

    anyone know how to rewire the fog lights on a 97, so that one can turn on the fog lights without the headlights on...sounds silly, but i think it'll look good with my new headlamps.

    you can purchase adapter gaskets (they are thicker to close up the gap between the pi intake and non pi heads...$60...i think i'm gonna go with the pi intake and adapter gaskets and eventually get the p&p stage 2 patriots pi heads.

    excessive exhaust recirculation.....i don't get it...i was driving down the highway and hit a fricken crazy pot hole on a newly black topped road (hit before i saw it) and then my check engine light turns on...i did a diagnostics check and this pops up...i didn't smell any leaks in the exhaust...
