    rydeon-I paid $400 for mine at a shop and they installed it when they did my 5 speed conversion. I put it on my cobra myself. put some lube on the exhaust hanger on the tranny and the x pipe so it will go in all the way. i swear it only took me about 15 minutes to install it.

    not sure what year, but its a wc. also by the input shaft, it should be two tone and read timken, meaning its a world class. on the top it should have the year, have to look really close b/c its not smooth numbers.
