    Best Spark Plugs for 4.6

    What do you guys think is the best plugs to put in a 4.6. It's pretty much stock. Its got MSD wires and coils, cold air... you know nothing major. I have heard that NGK's are good for them. Any advice? Thanks.

    A little black smoke is fine. 5.0's were designed to increase fuel when the cars are wide open. Problem is you get some black smoke. A little is okay, a lot could be bad.

    Almost all 60 model mustangs came with 8" rear ends, especially V8 cars, which were all five lug cars. Some of the Shelby's and possibly Mach I's had some 9"'s. Just by glancing both 8" and 9" rear ends look similar, they both load from the front. Obviously 9" are bigger. Unless the car...

    This is worse than a guy I went to school with who had a 99 GT slapped cobra emblems all over it and swore it was a real cobra. Funny thing about it is that its got a automatic trans.

    Basically with lower gears your car is going to wined (rev) up faster. If you had 3.27's (common stock) and you upgrade to 4.10's then that is almost one complete ratio higher. The engine is going to turn the same but it will spin the tires faster. To answer your question you are going to get...

    Shouldn't hurt a thing. I wouldn't suggest going out and running the crap out of it though. Also don't believe what you hear from the rednecks who think that straight pipes or no pipes create more HP.
