    do you have power at the LG/R wire at the brake switch by the brake pedal?? if not, check for power at fuse 9 15Amp in the I/P fuse panel.

    the relay is in the CCRM by the coolant reservoir. to test for power to fan. connect multimeter to fan motor connector (R/O wire and BK). check for 12v when fan should be on. if you have power and ground then fan is bad. if you don't then you need to check that circuit.

    you're saying the fuel pressure is 0 psi?? you have to check for spark. just because the fuel pump doesn't prime doesn't mean you don't have spark.

    the fan should come on low speed at 221*F and shut off at 200*F. the fan should come on high speed whenever the A/C compressor is on and you're speed is less than 43mph. have you checked for 12v at the fan when you believe it should be on??
