    In my opinion it depends on how much cash you have laying around. If you have major problems they are great, if minor problems it's hard to get the money back. But if money is tight and if you'd have a real hardship if something costly happened, then buy the warranty.

    Yeh I know. Sorry I didn't state it very well. But to remove enough to get rid of the orange peel the clearcoat is virtually gone.

    A light cut pad on a dual sander/Porter Cable, with some swirl remover will help some. But be careful. According to a really good body/paint man that I talked to you don't want to remove much of it. If you drive the car a lot or do not garage it the orangepeel actually helps protect the paint...

    Any synthetic. They last much longer. Meguiars NXT Tech Wax is really good and really easy to use.
