    Thanks for the input.. I got it done at Wheelworks... things are much more expensive in California :( ...should have tried America Tire, but I don't like the people there.

    I have a nail in my rear tire... right in the middle (treads). I searched, but couldn't find anything... I assume a tire shop can patch a tire of this size (295/35/18). Has anyone run into problems with tire shops not doing this for some reason?
