I have a 2002 F-250 and was eyeing up the radio for my stang as well. The factory single and 6 disc cd's have internel amps in them. I like the nice big buttons to play with..getting old, small buttons take to much time to use with..never thought I would say that. Lol

Block cracked. Pics. Don't let this happen to you!

I see the spacers under the head bolts, you sure that bolt was not too long?. That will crack it every time. Ditch the RTV and use a good quality teflon sealer on the bolts. Also any junk under the dowel pins will cause problems as well.

    Engine Gods, need some help

You have a problem with the intake then. When you mill the heads and the block everything sits lower. The intake is still at the the same height as stock and it won't seal. Where it sits on the block will be too high and the intake surfaces will be to close to the heads. Defintaly have the...

Kinetic head gaskets and proper size requested

If its a stock motor then just put fel-pros on it. high compression and blowers/juice may demand a better gasket but don't waste your money on speciality head gaskets for a mild motor. Best thing hands down you can do for sealing is o-ring the block.

    Engine Gods, need some help

The threaded hole is for a knock sensor which they used in trucks. It's a blind hole so no reason to plug it. Later model blocks seem to all have them but they are not used on the mustangs.

    Engine Gods, need some help

I would look at the timing cover where the water pump goes. They will rot if there are minerals in the coolant and cause coolant to get into the oil. Even a pinhole as soon as it warms up turns into a serious problem. 302 heads crack by under the exhaust ports so that won't be you problem and...

Exhaust tip smokes after car is turned off?

If it is fuel injected you may have a leaking injector that drips into the motor when the car is off. That will make it smoke because of the heat of the motor.

    Front control arms stuck

Forget about sawzalls and cut off tools. An impact gun and somone pushing on the other side will take it right off. Don't make it into more of a project then it needs to be by cutting stuff. The get a bigger hammer approach is really not needed

    Rear spring removal

You don't need to take the control arms out at all. Do this: Take the wheel off the side you want to do and take the bottom shock bolt out. Don't take the other wheel off you will need it to pivot the rear down. With the car jacked up put a jack stand on the frame on the side with the wheel...

    Front control arms stuck

If you can get someone to help you do this. Put the nut back on the bolt about half way on and have a helper put a wrench on that nut and push the wrench while on the nut towards the front of the car while you turn the bolt side with a ratchet. It should start to move its way out. If it moves...

help me with tfs valve springs

Only thing he could have done to mess it up is mix up the valves when he took them apart. It could be on your end putting it back together, bad intake leak, vaccum leak, lines not reattached properly. Do a compression check to see if the valves are leaking.
