Will Flowmasters fit in a Magnapack catback?

I've got a Magnapack catback, and I'd like to swap the 'Packs out for some 2-chambers or Super 40s, but from what I can tell, they won't fit. Has anyone done this before, and if so, how much work is involved? I imagine that some of the pipes will have to be bent to accomodate the new muffs.

    Which Suspension combo is better????

Bilsteins are better shocks/struts than the Tokicos - my setup rides awesome IMHO. It rides like a sports car of course, not like a luxury car ;) So it is stiff, but responsive, and not at all harsh.

V8's are better than V6's (Right?)

I respect V6 owners as much as any other Mustang owner, but let me put it this way - if the V6 was the only powerplant available for the Mustang, I wouldn't own one.

How far to lower my car?

IMHO, the H&R SS springs give you the perfect drop

    Chopping Factory Springs

I would guess this is a bad idea - and here's why. The spring rate is relatively low on factory springs (I'm not sure if they're progressive or linear rate, but I would assume linear) and expect a certain amount of suspension travel to be available . AFAIK, cutting the springs will not increase...

    Lowering my car...need suggestions

Why would you want the back of your car to sit lower than the front? The raked look is the other way around...plus, it will probably look like your rear shocks are blown

    Am I crazy?

Yes, it does feel faster when you aren't driving...it's a psychological effect (obviously). I think it's due to the fact that you don't have to concentrate on driving/shifting/etc...

    Magnaflow vs. Flowmaster

Both sound great to me - I had the hardest time deciding which to get for my own Stang... It really comes down to personal preference. If at all possible, hear both setups in person. Not trying to dis anyone's sound clips, but they really don't do any justice to how good these cars sound in...

    Eibach prokit/sportline

Looks D A M N good, dude. Those rims don't look right at the stock height - they have to be on a lowered car... and I'd have to say that the H&R Supersport is the perfect height...(Sportlines look great too) :D

Anybody else's exhaust smell like sulphur?

I actually can't tell if it's me, and if it is, it seems to go away after the car warms up. Is this normal? My only mods are in my sig. I just had the catted x put on after Xmas :flag:

    Who has Magnaflows?

Unfortunately, everyone has a different opinion on what "too loud" is. Personally, my Magnapacks and catted x are not loud enough most of the time...but they sound badass :D I've heard that the Magnaflows sound close to stock unless you really get on it, then they scream (because of the...
