    high beam indicator light

The little red dot for the high beam indicator in my '66 mustang is always on when the headlights are on. It gets brighter when I turn the lights up on high beam but when I turn the lights down on low beam the indicator light is still lit but dimmer. Could I have a problem with my headlight...

    Headliner Installations Stink!

If the adhesive you were using was not holding then something was not right. I hope that doesnt come back to bite you later down the line. I've never had wrinkles come out by just letting a car sit out in the sun. Trust me a hair dryer makes the minimum amount of heat needed to take wrinkles...

    SN95 Rear Swap E-brake setup ??

I am at the end of doing the cobra brake swap and have gotten to the e-brake cable. I tried to order the parts from Ford racing and was told the rear cables are no longer available. Called Late Model resto and ordered all 3 cables from them. They still have the front cable from Ford racing but...

    conversion question

There is an awful lot of stuff to change to do the job right. Brakes, fuel pump, electronics(if you keep it fuel injected) front springs, probably the entire rear axle if it only has a 7.5, engine mounts(dah). Etc. For all the trouble it is to truely do the job right in my eyes it is worth...

'82 to '89 Dash Swap, need experience

I have never swapped from one to the other but I have an '88 and an '84. I am sure the heater boxes will be different. I have had the dash out of the '88 but not the '84, but have had the dash pad out of the '84 and been under it. I am sure there are going to be a couple braces that are going to...

Complete floor assembly (full floor pan all the way to the trunk)

I would tack weld a brace from the rear of the left door jamb to the front of the right door jamb and from the front of the left door jamb to the rear of the right door jamb creating a big X brace. With this brace in place the car cant twist, spread apart or come together. As long as the roof...

The dipstick hole and opening for the mechanical fuel pump are the only differences. The holes for the cooling are all the same.

    93 Cobra brake booster install

I have not done this job yet but when I asked a guy with a very nice fox body show car he said he drilled a small hole in the strut tower and pulled it from the outside with a slide hammer. I guess if you dont want to drill another hole you could weld a piece of something on the tower and and...

    Patch Material - need suggestions

The cracks at the top of the a-pillar and also if it is a coupe in the lower rear corner of the quarter window are typical Mustang problems. The subframe connectors are a good idea. Two other pieces you can add is the monte carlo bar that goes between the shock towers and an export brace that...
