    mustang part specialties??

With them, it's a hit or a miss... Unless you either go in person, or if you spend a lot of money, they put you last in line. I live about 20 mins from them right now and have never taken the time to drive there because they wont let you in the yard at all!!! Heck Dugen Racing is 10 mins from...

    Remote mount Fuel Pressure Regulator?

I'm not 100% sure either on the FPR... Anyone have an input? I figured this much about the FMU, seeing as you have 42LB squirters, FMU's are netorious for trouble when tuning...

    Remote mount Fuel Pressure Regulator?

Dont quote me on this one..... The reason why so many people ditch the FMU is because of the way it operates.... What it does is it strain yours fuel pump(s) by cutting off the flow of the return line there for making your injectors pump twice as hard hence pumping more fuel especially under...

    More Dyno Disappointment

I'm with you now... You had me confused with your previouse post... What is your Air/fuel curve like on the dyno...or did they not give you that... I bet you are really lean and to compensate, they ran a safe tune on it. I would be curious to see their chart if they gave it to you. But...

    Cam Indexing...

Thanks for the support... This is a hobby, not some high school drama club... I do not have the combo as of yet, but I'll check it out when he recieves it. I pretty much figured that would be the case as far as installing it straight up. I know some cams have three lashes in them for...

    Cam Indexing...

My girlfriends father is going to be doing a H/C/I combo on his 1979 Vette (yes I know CHEVY) and how necissary is it to index the cam? He is going to get the H/C/I Power Pack from Jegs. I am just curious if cam indexing is truely needed... Thanks....

    Question about Stronger Blocks!

No problem, seems like 331's are more popular now than the 306's were a few years back!!!

    Question about Stronger Blocks!

What is your main goal for your car? If you are not going all out racing, a basic rebuild would suffice. A 302 block bored .030 over to make it a 306 is a good starting point. Throw in some forged probe pistons with a 58cc to a 60cc head and you would have a nice forced induction compression...

First time swapping my clutch, help.

Like whats said above... I would normally replace the flywheel bolts as well... It's not required, but you are in there and they really aren't that exspensive. Tourqe them to specs as well with a little Lock-Tite. Also, when you go to put your clutch back in, before you tighten the pressure...
