    everybody is sorta right. its FOMOCo internal designation for body style.Sport North american, Stang North American. techically its called the fox-4. fox 3 was the 87-93 body style based on a zepyr platform. new 05 model is called S197 i beleive.

    you'd be surprised.. anywhere from 5-10 horses.. thats one thing 5.0's like is advanced timing- stock setups especially. had mine at -15, but it developed a bucking problem around 1300. knocked it back down to base for my nitrous an it runs fine now.. if your runin a power adder, tho your off...

    i agree. if the whole car is shaking..violently, to the point its undrivable..more than likey your balancer's gone out... if you got the tools its a driveway job. i had to tow mine. it fought me like all get out pullin it on the tow rig.. whatever you do...don't drive it!!!! jus movin mine...

    i'm gonna say 331. frist off because its pretty sane, to the untrained eye its appears to be another 5.0 you'll get decent gas milage an its livable day to day..any efi' big block is gonna be murder as far as drivability. buddy of mine built a 331 an threw on a small turbo.. makes about 650...

    safe is a relative term. safe for a drag specific car is one thing, safe for a daily driver is a whole nother..the stock 94-95 block can hold about 500 horses..(an thats a very clean, well taken care of 5.0 block)..upgrade the fuel system- colder spark plug range, afpr, 24 pounders, bigger pump...

    new upper combo- afr's, 65mm tb,76mm MAF,trickflow upper.. start workin on the suspension.-shocks, struts etc.. upgrade fuelsystem for 175 shot. eat a lil healthier..(rice an f- bods mostly) :D i dunno really, a lot can happen in 12 months..:nice:
