    how do you like your clear corners? I got mine from the same place and the weatherstripping/black rubber molding is crap. After a few months it gets dried and cracks and now it won't stay in place. The stock stripping was much higher quality.

    oh sorry, I didn't read the question. you wanted to know how often. K&N recommends every 6 months. I usually get around to it every 9.

    yup. if the 2005's have larger rotors then there wont be enough clearance with the stock brackets, causing the caliper to hit the rotor. Save up for cobra brakes, $359 from buyfordracing.com and well worth it. =)

    k&n has a filter recharger kit for ~$10 and you clean it off, spray some magical solution on it, let it dry, put some special oil on it and pop it back in.

    well that was long-lived.. there's a nice little leak on the passenger's side where the SS brake line connects to the car's brake line. Taking it to my ford dealership tomorrow so they can look at my handy work.

    Eibach Pro-kit question

    speaking of eibach pro-kit springs, i just ordered a set. how much would you say all 4 weigh? I ordered them to my campus address so I'll have to walk with them in hand to my car and I park pretty far.. The Cobra brakes I just did were 62 pounds and that was a helluva walk.

    Stang|ess, yup i got it from ford racing. the SS lines it came with had the banjo bolts and all that. The only things I reused were the two very large bolts that hold on each caliper to the spindle. torque them to ~65ft-lbs if you have a torque wrench. ALSO they are VERY VERY HARD to loosen, at...
