    supposedly the way they measured the cars hp changed and it went down to 215. other then that i don't know. the pistons in 93 were hyperu's, but i don't see that making less hp. if anything slightly more because they are a little lighter than forged.

    poly ca bushings can make a big difference in handling, i'd say they are good to do if you have a press to put them in.

    you can get 1.94 valves in the 185's and no they are not too big with the right combo.

    i've heard anything over 4.100" of a piston is considered a big block, but i'm not sure.

    24lbers will be fine. afr's are great heads to get and the systemax II intake is the proven best power making 5.0 intake. there is nothing wrong with the e cam but you can make more power with a better suited cam with the whole combo.
