    NO!!! go with a better x pipe! get a VRS or something like that. Bassanis are pure win with an o/r x. they sound OK with an h. Best exhaust setup in the world: Bassani mid lengths, o/r x, bassani catback(with better tips lol)

    :nono: thats taking to big a risk IMO. Headers are, for lack of a better word, BITCH to do. why temp it. For headers, Stage 8 locking header-bolts, and good QUALITY gaskets are the only way to go..unless u enjoy taking headers off for a leaky gasket, or re-torquing bolts up. i do relize...

    i would get percys personally(they will never leak if u get the ones that crush fit) i personally have fel-pro gaskets on my headers because i couldnt get perys in time. But fel-pro makes a good product. u can get BOTH of these gaskets on summit. just run a search for ur make model.

    Header/steering Q's...long story

    NO dont dent em!!! i have the pypes(which i personally believe are cam headers, not many ppl making 304 ss headers) all i did was take a metal file and shave off a hair on each side of the u bolt. the steering is like stock now, and there is no way i took any strength away from the steering bolt.

    This is why im running an 87 tune right now. I have a sweet tune made with the a/f ratio locked down and timing done up perfect, but its just not worth the extra coin to run 93 at the moment.
