    Eleanor tail panel question

Thanks Zookeeper- I do have the boxes. I probably should have put them in the picture. So it appears I just didn't cut my hole big enough for the lens to match up to housing. I'd rather have cut too little than cut too much I guess. Mr Plasma will fix that in about a minute. I'm...

Thanks. So you think this would be on any 79-86 cars if I went to the dealer?

    Eleanor tail panel question

Bring this old one alive Hello again friends! So I'm preassembling my 67 Shelby tail stuff and it's not making sense to me. It appears that: 1-the lens tightens to the gasket and then light housing, 2- That the panel is cut large enough that the housing will fit through the hole...

    anyone recognize this e-brake cover?

I pulled this off what I think is a 5.0, but don't know the year. I need the felt piece that seals water and need the year to look for it. Thanks!

    ignition help

I'm guessing your module wasn't bad, so save it. It's nice to have a spare. Don't jump start or charge your car with the distributor plugged in by the way. Did you put a ballast resistor in by chance? You may/probably don't need it. Check all your voltages. Try running battery right to...

    Sticky float on 850 DP?

oh. never seen one of these in real life before. You shouldn't need a regulator on a mechanical fuel pump system. Do you have an electric pump? Try popping the bowls off and see if you don't see debri in there. Look at the needle and seat and see if these is anything in there. If anyone...

    Sticky float on 850 DP?

D Hearne makes a good point. It may just be a dirty needle/seat which is very common. Get a Holley book. This is pretty easy to clean/repair. Are you sure the shop just didn't adjust your float (floats) too high? Before I tore it apart, I'd adjust it (them) down and see if the fuel stops...

Bad brake caliper in my 72?

I'm not sure what is wrong, but my pedal is soft. I've bleed a few times, new fluid, etc. and still soft. When I put it on the road, I used a residual valve recommended by MP Brakes for the front discs. A couple miles down the road, the passenger caliper locked. When I loosened the bleeder...

Hella Black Magic driving lights mounted inboard! Looks awesome. (pics)

Probably too "Eleanorish" (or "69-ish") for you, but here is what I'm doing. I cut rings and bonded to the grill to expose the lights. I've made a panel over the top of the grill to conceal these lights (shown in the 2nd pic), hood pin mounts, condensor/fan, etc. You can also see my metal...
