    i would say the timing chain, but i have also had a few backfires myself when the distibuter was not timed right, and even if the vaccum advance is off it could also add to ur problems.

    Door code Missing??

    On my car the drivers side door is missing the vehicle identification plate(not the VIN on the dash). With the plate missing I cant tell what my cars interior code, or any other code for that matter was. Is there any way that I can find information about my cars options and other information?

    Fuel Pump Question

    If u do plan to race ur stang a little, you may just upgrade the fuel pump, but add some other goodies that will help conserve fuel(bigger mm wires, K & N air filter, etc) Summit racing has some good prices for fuel pumps that "pump" more than stock.

    I know heat is the culprate for warping the brake drums or rotors, but how does it build up excessive heat?? I repacked my wheel bearing like last year and greased them up real good. I also dont ride my brakes like most people(I coast to about 45 then gently apply my brakes).

    heater hose replacement

    How much smaller is the room to take out the heater box assembly on a 67 than it is for a 70. Yeah, placing the heater box back into the car is a real pain in da ass. I didnt bother bolting the top half first, instead I just had both halfs clipped together and then I bolted it back in.
