I recommend the 4.0L pushrod motor. I have one with a 5-speed and its an impressive performing motor, gets good gas mileage, and has lasted a long time with 200K+.
As long as it stays dry, any storage shed. You can buy those giant zip lock bags for the componants you have and just WD40 the block and wrap it in plastic.
I would get a carbide drill and drill the ez out and bolt using plenty of lube and patience down the center trying not to violate the threads. I did the same thing and was able to pick the remainder of the bolt out.
You have to drill out the plastic rivets, pull the spring perch off, and put a spacer or different spring to close the switch. The spring loses its ability to close the switch. Then glue it back together. I've done two so far. Good luck.
