    Improve handling without lowering?

Without changing springs, I wouldn't change dampers right away as they are tuned together. Try SFC's and something like Steeda's aluminum LCA's, then sway bar bushings and either c/c plates with a good alignment or the poor man's version of just getting a set of poly upper strut mount...

    Which Plenum/TB combo?

Why haven't you considered Dragon? It's with Accufab as the best quality and makes incredible power. Dan Millen's shop only sells them, we only recommend them or Accufab (usually selling Dragon due to price) and DeMolet developed their kits around the Dragon parts. How much more do you need...

Throttle body without new aftermarket plenum?

Little to no gian in power, but a nice increase with the plenum. Throttle response will improve though.

My GOD the carbon,, 99GT,,intake swap,,Damn EGR PLEASE READ!

It won't immediately hurt anything, but over the long term it hans't been proven either way and I'm not playing guinea pig with mine of my customer's cars. Since anyone serious about performance has a tuner or a dyno tune, we turn it off electronically, then it's up to the owner if they want...

My GOD the carbon,, 99GT,,intake swap,,Damn EGR PLEASE READ!

Before you start modding, you should understand how systems like EGR work. By fooling the computer into thinking EGR is still working, it assumes a certain amount of the air in the cc is exhaust (ie - requires less fuel). Since you're actually pulling in that amount of fresh air, you'll run...

99GT, EGR Block Plate And Check Eng Light Help

Yes it will give you a light, and a potential lean condition in some drive situations, but you can turn it off with any hand held or dyno tune and the net effect is slightly worse gas mileage, a weight reduction, and a cleaner intake.

    BBK 75mm TB??

Dragon and Accufab are slightly higher quality, then FRPP then BBK, then all the rest. That said, it's still a very nice piece. It looks pretty hot too if you use their plenum, but that applies to Accufab and Dragon too though.

    E85

In a mostly stock car, you can run up to about a 20% ethanol mix before you start noticing a drop off in power and performance. Higher than 20% and it really isn't worth it. There isn't any cost save or oil save with ethanol in general either. It takes as much petroleum to make E85 as it does...

    Hooker LT`s????

Choosing headers based on trans access is like saying you don't want a supercharger as it makes it harder to get to the fuel rails. It's just assinine. How often do you change your clutch or pull the trans? If it's more than once every 50,000 miles and you don't race, you need to take your...

    battery relocation kit

There is no generic placement for a track car. Put your car on corner scales and put the battery and box in the trunk and move it to see where it should be. It's usually towards the passenger side to offset the driver's weight unless it's a rally car where you have a co-pilot then it's more...

    T.B. & Plenum vs Chip/Programmer

Since you asked bang for the buck, there is no comparison. Both mods will get you about the same power, but consider the long term costs. The plenum/tb (we sell a ton of the Dragon's, but whichever brand you get...) will get you about 10+ hp, no other changes needed. The programmer...

Since I'm spending money... what air compressor and tools to buy?

I just bought the crapsman 33 gal 6 hp. They have a deal right now where you get $100 in free tools (impact, ratchet, air hammer, line, and some fittings) when you buy it. $329 for everything. Good enough deal for me to get off of my wallet.
