    Agreed. It costed me 2grand for my diy turbo kit. $1,100 for the b&g hotside, $500 for master power turbo, $150 intercooler, $200 for misc. piping. I got a deal on everything but you just have to look.

    If you keep your hp numbers to 500-550 and a conservative tune, not reving high, your stock block will last a long time.

    Turbo for me as I went from a novi 1000 to a mp t70. Whats great about a turbo is the fact that it will be fully spooled by 2,800rpms if properly sized, make huge tq numbers, and pull all the way to redline. Next year when I build my mexican shortblock all I have to do is turn my boost control...

    No but the cobra had an upgraded 302....could use that then. IF you run the same times with nitrous as appossed to a turbo than your car has issues, o wait it does, its a honduh.

    If you take another motor from another car whether it's the same model it's still and engine swap. So by you stating it's not, then that means I can swap a 427 into my fox because it came from an older mustang, still a mustang, and it's not an engine swap. :shrug: Sounds good to me than...

    No I stated ALL atreets. So what if one out of 1,000 civics runs a 10. Although my car is not completed, 1 month its a show car, I will guarentee you I will be running 10's all day long. Therefore, it's a 10sec car vs 10sec car.

    The black mustang is the supra slayar which yielded 1,000rwhp and 1,100ftlbs at 30psi. He only was running 13psi right there and look how hard it was for him to hook.
