    Can you use a screw driver under the head of the bolt? If there is enough clearance, you can take a flat blade to pry the stripped bolt up / while you turn the wrench to get the bolt out... It takes two hands, but it works. Just wear some safety glasses because you don't want to wind up...

    That is correct. Copper brass Rad's = more effecient but heavy Aluminu = less effecient, but lighter and bigger internal cores Also, some new brass radiators are now manufactured witout any solder. I'll see if I can dig up that link.

    That my friend is Marketing at it's best. Think back to the 93 Mustang V8 when they down graded the power output by 10HP just to make the 94 V8 seem "that much better". Yup, they will be readily available in the FRPP catalog. :) Should be a good alternative to the Dart block

    50resto or CJpony sell great aftermarket stuff. Just be aware that the aftermarket stuff tends to be a little thinner than the OEM stuff so you have to do some adjusting to get everything to line up.

    I ran a set in a different car before.. They were LOUD, even the quiet sets are like a super charger. It'll make it hard to adjust your rockers... They can lead to increased wear and tear after long periods of operation but hey we like to rebuild stuff. :)
