    Replace them, its cheap insurance and you dont want to get done with the install, have a leak, and have to do it all over again. www.50resto.com has the gaskets for cheap...or maybe its shm(www.seanhylandmotorsports.com)....one of the two.

    If you are concerned about leaks, dont install it yourself. Just save the money and have it done right. Unless one of your other hobbies is sewing? Then you may be able to do it okay...but I doubt that anyone on this forum can sew anything.

    I replaced mine after I blew it out with my subs...that was a fun day. Anyway, the glass needs to be sewn in and I paid 250 for the window and 250 to have someone install it. So all in all a 500 setback.

    They are not that hard to remove, they are however hard to get back on...the bolts near the firewall are a pain in the ass. Dont get the gaskets from ford, they are overpriced, you can probably find them cheaper at shm or 50resto

    No, like droptop said, it wont bolt on. As for supercharging the higher compression will limit you greatly. Procharger says that cars running 10-10.5 compression need to have an intercooled system and then can run about 6 lbs of boost. And even at that....who knows how long it will run like...

    oil galley plugs?? leave the front ones in or what?

    I didnt mess with my plugs in the front at all, the way the heads came from ford was the way they stayed and I dont have any problems. You could need new chain tensioners, but thats a real pain in the ass to replace if the front cover is back on already.....

    PCV valve need replaced????

    If its still opening and closing then I dont even think there is a need to replace it. But to be on the safe side you might as well get one every 3-5 oil changes. I think they are all of about $4.00.
