    How much am I looking to get them recoated? Could I just put some headers paint to protect the area, it is on the engine side so you would never even see the area

    I bought a set of used unequal lenth bbk shorties and I thing around the flange the header is cracked, can i sand off ceramic and get them re-welded?

    I do know that the tabs were at the front of the engine as we took pictures through out the build but none of just the headgasket on I only have after head but before intake and you can see the tabs at the front.

    Will this determine if gasket installed correctly or get all the air out? I have removed the thermo and pulled the top hose, filled up cooling until it started overflowing out of the thermo housing

    I have done some research and found that some say if you have the HG installed incorrectly that you will get exhaust smell through the radiator and you can pull the sparkplugs to see if you get coolant out of them, if this is acurate which plugs or should I just pull all of them? Thanks
