    Anyone here have a billet fuel door on their Foxbody?

    I've seen the pictures of the fuel door and what it is, is a billet frame with a circular fuel door. UPR says you just take off the stock door, and bolt the frame with the circular door to the existing holes that house the stocker rubber fuel door bumpers.

    This is a common problem with other aftermarket motor mounts. I understand that most guys just re-use the old stock bolts which is kinda sad as you're using an old "fatigued" part in conjunction with a new part.

    As for bolt sizes, check out www.macperformance.com and ask their online techs what size bolts to use. Else take the brace to a autoparts store and find the snuggest fitting bolts you can find.

    Taillight issue

    I remember hearing about a problem similar to this however, it was the reverse lights that didn't work. Seems there's a harness of some kind under the car below the transmission hump and the problem was there at that point.

    That's surprising that mine made mention of the "loc-tight". In fact, it said you should also use the stuff on the 4 bolts that hold the base to the tranny. The reason being is as you know the tranny gets hot and cold, so I guess the bolts just flex and retract and eventually work themselves...

    I do the same thing. The first click is to turn it on and prime it, and the second to turn the engine over. That's what you're supposed to do anyways. Yeah, it is noisy. So noisy that anyone standing outside can hear it also.
