    A t5 will hold up behind it for some time as long as your not powershifting or side stepping the clutch. The king cobra isn't a bad clutch either... A little heavy but there's worse choices out there. As for the rear gears... Expect to turn some fairly high rpms at highway speeds(3k at 80ish...

    Well guess we were all right. On the way home from work, grabed 4th gear, gave it dime gas and.........burrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr (backfire, backfire) burrrrrrr. Checked the fuel pressure, at idle 33#'s ... Even think about touching the throttle and it drops to 3-5#'s.

    When i turn the key it primes fine and starts right up with 38l# of pressure. when driving it hard it feels like is short on some HP though. When i turn the engine off the pressure is back down to 0# before i can hop out of the car and check the guage.

    Sounds like it's getting time for a rebuild. What kind of fluid are u running? I had that problem a couple weeks back, I filled it up with 3quarts of royal purple syncro mesh and it been ok since.

    If it's bad enough you might have coolant in the oil, check there first. You can also try this... Get a collant pressure tester, pull all your plugs. Pressurize your coolant system @radiator. While pressurized look into plug whole with light for coolant entering cylinder. That should help u...

    Lower intake gasket will cause huge coolant leak like that, do you still have coolant routing through the egr plate? If so it could be leaking there. Look into your throttle body and see if you can see if there has been coolant leaking in there.
