    go with the polished...you'll be happier with the look (the only downside is that when it gets dirty you can tell easier)

    I love it when they do that! Pretty much all brands say that and it really isn't true...you can use any sub with any amp...given that the impedence is compatible between the sub and the amp... That being said, I am a huge fan of keeping your parts all uniform (as you can see from my sig)...

    Questions on C&L Plenum - thinking of buying

    you really aren't going to feel it much until you put more into the car...go with something else for the $... you could probably get the Diablo Predator and get more power out of that...plus you'd be able to recalibrate with it later when you get gears and adjust your A/F and timing with each...

    can you turn the 04 gt traction lock off?

    I use the trac control pretty much everywhere except when I'm trying to come hard off the line and obviosly I turn it off at the track...other than that it really doesn't inhibit your performance all that much because it rarely ever engages in most driving situations...plus it makes things safer...

    The CAI will flow more air if it has wider piping or is smoother. The power increase is pretty negligable though...you probably won't feel it given all of the other stuff you have on there.

    Just start scouring the pick-n-pull yards near you and see what they will do for you...sometimes you can negotiate those guys down a lot from their original number if you know what you are talking about You probably won't get one for less than a couple grand...even if it's off a salvage
