    Pick up any Mustang magazine, they are in there, stock sells for about $$120 or try 5.0 resto I have polished mine for years, it will last for a while but not long. I use a 1500 grit machine polish desigined for auto clear coat and a 3/8 drill pad

    help... tachs not working right...

    There is a special socket that must be used to take out the screws (avail at any parts store). Also be sure to use the dielectric grease before remounting and be sure to mount it the correct way, I may be mistaken but I think both ends are the same size elec connections :D

    Help Please

    If the headlamps are leaking, sealing them up may eventually cause the problem to return??????. Mine have been drilled for 5yrs now, no blown bulbs as of yet, with holes there is no chance of them refilling :D

    water problem

    Remove the tail lights and check for a rust hole. I had the same problem in my 89 notch. Leaked like crazy, a bit of glass and paint an all is well. For some reason, water was getting trapped behind the lights and it ate the metal up! :nice:

    If it is the A/C clutch dying, simply unplug the electrical connection at the compressor. When you use the "mix" portion of the heater control it runs the A/C compressor so as to keep it in good running order in the winter. I did this on my 89 untill I fixed it.     Why won't my signal lights work?

    Finally got mine replaced well after the recall started. if it has never been preformed by FOMOCO then they will replace it. It was a safety issue, therefore its free. As I recall the problems started out in the Aerostar and it went from there. Took them all of 2 hrs to do with no problems.

    Why won't my signal lights work?

    CALL Ford with your VIN. there was a recall on the ignition switches. it's FREE. my blinkers and blower died out. I could wiggle the keys and get it working. Ford replaced it & everything fine.
