    I bought a passenger airbag from a 95 Cobra to go in my 94 GT. I assumed they'd be identical but the mounting tabs are different. One is straight (the old ones) and the new ones are bent down. I'm sure I can straighten them but the guy who sold it to me says he didn't bend them. Heres a link...

    Yeah everything else is ok. The car is repaired and I ended up putting the Cobra kit on it. It looks good from the outside anyway. Theres pictures of the accident damage on that link as well.

    Thats what I figured. I saw the indented part of the dash and it is infact broken under that area. O'well, guess its time to find a new one. I saw them on stangparts.com for $400, anyone know where I can get one any cheaper?

    When did the interior color change?

    I know the "tan" interior color changed but I'm just not sure what year. Is the 94 "tan" the same as the 98 "tan"? Thanks!

    That'd be cool because I too refuse to put a permanent bar of any kind in the car. It looks like a$$ on a convertible in my opinion. But then again, I'm happy with 13.99's too.

    I think any difference between the stick and the aode will be made up with the shift kit and 4.10's. Anyone know if the intake and head swap alone will get me in the 14.50 range? That should be good for about 50hp right?

    Whats sucked was that I didn't even see it coming, there was no way to avoid it. Maybe I'll be able to get a Cobra bumper and hood out of the deal. That might make it worth it...na it'll still suck. This guy better have insurance. I have a $1000 deductible. Didn't seem like a bad idea...

    Wow, so buyback would only be say, $650? I as thinking much more. What always sucks though is that they come in low with your cars value.
