    TCS vs. MPG

    Its a long shot, but it could make sense. Maybe TC monitors both the tire spin and the fuel delivery system. So since TC is on, it maybe restricting the fuel delivery system a little (not running at 100% but like 90%). Less fuel, better gas milage. ~K

    Mystery sound...

    Wind going through a pipe sounds like something with your CAI set up. Maybe you poked a whole in your Filter and its kind of sucking air through that hole, like a straw. That is where I would start.
