    spark plug change problem

    If you did it one by one hopefully you made sure the cables are snug. Probably one or two cylinders are not running and that would cause the roughness. Just go back and make sure everything is snug. Gaps shouldn't cause that much of a rough idle.

    Less hassle than a manual swap but it won't feel like a manual. I don't know about times but it's worth it if you race. I did the shift kit and cooler on my own feels a little better but I'm not going to sink more money into an auto. If you plan to keep the auto, go with at least the cooler...

    I cancelled mine...haha. Took too damn long. I heard they got parts now though. Let us know how the 6psi kit behaves! I might order again in the future.

    Take it to the shop. I'd just get a TKO 500 swap and be done with it.

    Is it? I want to do a manual swap...and it comes with most everything I need. I doubt Ford will do a tsb on it if it's swapped.

    Did you change the transmission fluid by any chance? It's suppose to get Mercon V which should fix the shudder. Mercon III will not do and might require a friction modifier. If it's factory fluid it should still be Mercon V and you do not need a friction modifier unless it doesn't have mercon...

    First of all, READ everywhere you can about how to do the job at hand. Next, airtools are your friend. If you had one you could have gotten that bolt off the strut in less than 10 seconds and anything else that is tough with an impact gun. If you don't have proper tools it's always harder...

    U-joint life expectancy?

    How long do U-joints last anyways? I think mine is going bad, it makes a clank sound from 2-3 (aode). I have a 2001 GT with 53k miles. Maybe it's not the U-joint. I need to get under and check it out for sure.
