    Mach 460?

    Are your cds homemade with a sticker for a label on them? Ford sent out an advisory about the use of burned cds that use stickers and the tendency to jam in the Mach 460 unit. You should only use a felt tip mrker for labelling.

    Just remove the three bolts that hold the stock upper strut mount. The alum. rivits will hold the upper plate in place as the whole assy drops down to get the springs in.

    Howoften should I change my synthetic oil?

    I put in Amsoil full Syn 5W-30 at 3,000 miles in my GT. Amsoil has a recommended 25,000 mile or 1 year oil change interval, with a warranty. This can be viewed at their web site. http://www.amsoil.com/warranty.htm I plan on changing my filter at 6 months, and changing my oil in one year.
