Progress Thread My Kenne Bell Twin Screw'd Foxbody thread, (new addition to the family)

I used that roller on my dad's 04 GT. I read somewhere what temp you should get the metal to but I don't remember what it was. It worked tho.

Nice! It looks like it belongs there, Mike! I hope it works as good as my catchcan/breather does. When I put mine on it felt like the car picked up about 75hp. Its amazing how much power oil in places oil ain't supposed to be kills horsepower.

What heads do you have? I thought you were already running 205s.

Well Mike I'm glad pulling the engine for a refresh is on the agenda because isn't it a pretty good idea to have a catchcan/breather system on a boosted setup anyway? So if the your Mike-made catchcan works it'll be an added bonus to the refreshed engine(motors are electric). If it doesn't...

Mike, refresh my memory, do you have a pcv system? The reason I'm asking is because I hooked up my catchcan between the pcv valve and one of the vacuum sources on the intake. Works like a dream. Would that not work for you??

Oooh! Gotcha! Well, when I'm ready to get my car painted I guess I'll have to come off a good bit of $$$ to get the best painter I can find.

So Dave, what's wrong with SW paint? I work for SW and I get a discount, so that's the paint I plan to use whenever I get to the point of getting my car painted. Something I should know?

See that is the stuff that scares me when its time for me to maintain and make little tweaks to my tune when I get a turbo and PiMPxs. :hide:

Build Thread My First Notch Build Thread - Remember me?!

Hey guys. I'm finally getting a chance to update the progress of my car. Well...I have the fan on a switch that I turn on and off as temps demand. I have it wired through the relay board and its working fine(using 10g wire for everything). Yes, I bought a new relay board. So that takes care...

 :chin o_OSo, you're gonna depend completely on the WM system for intake charge temp cooling? Sounds sketchy to me. Just seems like it'll be like that guy with a N2O car that is about to run a big money race and halfway down the track he runs out of nitrous and loses because of it...

@MikeH686 what turbo are using? Sorry, I'm too lazy to look back into your thread. I've been looking into On3's kit with their 2nd gen 76/75. They said should be able to make 700-800 with it.
