    Possibly bad gas?

    The pump should not run all the time. It should prime the system then run after the engine is started and running. If it runs all the time then it never builds enough pressure to run the engine. Check the fuel regulator for a leak. Pull the vacuum line and see there is gas spitting out...

    94-04 sturts on FOX stang 1993....

    I have seen that people use Mach 1 or Bullitt springs and sturts/shocks on fox cars but I havent seen anything bad or wrong with it.... maybe someone here who has done the mod can comment.

    I think it would be more economical to sell the car and get a aero stang that way you get the look you want. Just an idea I am sure some 4 eyed lover will buy it. It would seem to be more work. As for hoods what are you looking for? They do have cowl hoods for 83-86 Stangs too.

    rack and pinion question..

    get the 2 turns lock to lock. Replace all the hoses too and i am not sure what they mean 2 piece or one unless its about the valving on the rack. I think the TRW was replaible but the ford wasnt.. Cant help you on the piece thing...
