Moms 94 Kenne Bell cam question

Mileage with that combo? Yikes. stay with the stock cam then, otherwise I'd recommend a custom grind. I run an e303 which I hear is better as a blower cam then a N/A cam, but I don't even want to think about the mileage I have vs if I were to add a blower to my combo.

I'd go after the mishimoto radiator up top in the forum. I'm switching to it from my summit one.

Overheating still, and new A/C and electrical issue (probably heat related)

So my system just doesn't seem to be rejecting enough heat. The ambient is around 110*F (greater Pheonix Metro), and my watertemps sit around 230-238* (checked via autometer gauge, plumbed in waterneck, stock gauge reads right edge of L). Fans set to 184/180 low, 200/196 high...

    aftermarket headlights?? quality pair

www.procarparts.com is where I sourced my cobra lamps, actually like their build quality better than the oem ones ( I now have one oem cobra, one of the procarparts.) Identical once mounted, but the backing plates were nicer on the pcp piece.

heat gauge rises,, hot air not coming through vents?

I'd start the car and check the radiator cap for bubbling, could be signs a headgasket let go.

    Lower Control Arm Bushings

Most LCA manufacturers use the same size bushing (don't quote me on that, but I was able to work them into GMS arms before I got rid of those pieces of shyt).

    Lower Control Arm Bushings

call up maximum motorsports and order a set of bushings from them. They're 3 piece, so they have a hard durometer inner bushing and soft outer bushings on each so that you won't end up with this kind of issue again. They'll also provide a performance benefit as bind will be reduced.

Was working on some things, wierd datalog (Tuners in here)

That's what I thought, I'm having to wait on SCT to once again send me an authorization code (I use the Pro-Racer-Package, but everytime I change computers or reload or upgrade windows its total hell). Off of memory, I haven't touched the maf curve, though the previous maf could have made...

Was working on some things, wierd datalog (Tuners in here)

Here's a sample of a zeitronix log I did today, User represents the Maf Voltage. This was an onramp run in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear. Shift point was at 6k rpm (yeah, the GT40p's make it there in gusto with the new valvetrain). The low point on the graph in 2nd and third was 10.60 AFR. Isn't...

Where to source a steering rack without play?

I've made a thread on here about my steering issues. Trust me, from the wheel bolt to the interior column to the steering shaft, and everything outside the rack, there's no play.

Where to source a steering rack without play?

I had an 04 steering shaft, then replaced it with the pricer Maximum Motorsports steering shaft, trust me, from the wheel to the input on the rack itself, there's 0 play.

Where to source a steering rack without play?

So I need to get a new rack, and that's proven to be an issue. The car is daily driven and eventually it will serve as an open track car. I bought an AGR 15:1 high effort/feel rack to replace the worn stocker, just to find the "new" agr unit from summit had the same, if not more, play. I...

Sequel was greenlighted the day before the release in the US. Insane. IT really was an awesome rollercoaster of a movie.
