    millhouse is correct, with 8-10 psi you should be fine. Just get a standard vacuum referenced regulator. Tuning wise if you cant find a decent tuner.. you could always get a tweecer or something similar and a wideband, which would allow you to get fairly well tuned, but it takes a lot of messing...
