    Well damn, you didn't say THAT earlier! :p I would check out engine managment system's such as SDS, which is speed density-based so you can get rid of the MAF, and tune the engine way better in the process. It's about $1100 though.

    The intake is un-restrictive enough now. I would suggest looking into a head porting job, a different cam (A237 or Ranger), and exhaust mods. The intake piping doesn't really matter anyways.

    I dunno if you could run 6psi on that kit, because the internal wastegate spring is probably set at 8psi. You can only turn it up from there. 8psi on a stock motor should be ok.

    I wouldn't do an engine flush if I were you...cleaning out the carbon and gummed up oil might cause your engine to consume oil, because they might be filling in spots that would cause leaks otherwise. This might especially be true on a 140,000 mile car. Is this just an old-wives' tale?
