    Lookin great EPIK. I know the 03/04 cobra bumper looks killer but i really like the regular front bumper on your mach. I like the look of what the shaved cobra bumper would look like too. Great Pics as usual!

    awesome yeah i have the preload it was at 9 lbs which is in the the ok range in the haynes manual. I just second guessed myself when i didnt see the sleeve int he first place. thanks for the help!

    Ive got it up on jackstands now haha. And I did go ahead and snug it down then realizing that i didnt even use the sleeve.......here is what I saw with the pinion nut off right before I put the new seal on.

    I am replacing the pinion seal ( old one was leaking). I have the pinion nut and and companion flange off now.

    I just got the new pinion seal seated and I was told that I was going to need this crush sleeve but i have no idea where it goes. I didnt see it when i took the the pinion bolt off and haynes manual mentions nothing of it. Am i good to go ahead without the crush sleeve? Thanks in adavnce! John

    75-140 synth fluid with a tiny bit of friction modifier. pinion seal, crush sleeve. Im gonna go ahead and start gettin the materials for a weekend install. Thanks for the help guys i really appreciate it. any other tips are, as always, welcome. :SNSign:

    Do you need to take the cover off and replace the fluid? Im not trying to be a pain......dropping the driveshaft pretty straightforward? Puller jsut like a regular wheel puller?

    Well Ive got a small leak coming from the forward end of the differential:mad:. I tightened up the bolts on the cover just to make sure it wasnt it and low and behold its still leaking. Ive done some searching and couldnt find exactly the help i needed. from wha ti read it could be the rear...

    BADDAZBLUE Do you have any real world MPG numbers for the GT's off hand, for both 5-Speed and Auto for the sake of it? I have a5 speed basic bolt ons tb/plenum/midpipe and get 26 freeway 20 city John PS Im gettin stationed at edwards. How long does it take you to get to vegas from la. sorry...
