Do pony wheels and center caps fit on with 4" lugs?

For the Welds. They have a really thick hub and you should not use stock lugs because they do not go far enough into the lugnuts.

Do pony wheels and center caps fit on with 4" lugs?

I wanting to run some other wheels once in a while besides the draglites. Thinking about getting some pony's again. I'm curious if anyone knows for sure if the center caps will fit on with my 4" lugs on the rear axles. Thanks, Mark

I'm thinking of getting a motor bicycle

Check out the Suzuki SV650 or SV650s. They make two different models. I bought one new a little over a year ago for $5500. For a 650 it's pretty darn quick. It's a V-twin motor with plenty of power, and only weighs ~370 lbs dry. Even though top speed is only ~135 or 140, it gets there...

My fox has been getting neglected lately. heres why.

Nice bike, and stang. I must admit also, ever since I got my bike last year I have neglected the Fox and have also been on Stangnet very little. At this point, the bike is alot more fun than the stang. One day when I finally throw a bunch of money at the stang that might change though...

    starting problem

timing could be off. have you messed with that lately? on another vehicle that I had, the timing was off because the key that lined the harmonic balancer on the crank was worn and allowed the it to turn, so I adjusted to the wrong setting. took me forever to figure that one out.

    60 ft help

rsw007, have you noticed much difference in traction when adjusting pinion angle? I've tried from 0 to -4* and with no change in results. Next up for me is some adjustable front shocks I guess.

Anyone have any issues with the ford racing 31 spline posi?

I run a 31 spline Ford Tlock and Moser axles. Maybe I'm the only one that has ever had a problem with the 31 spline Tlock, but when I went to freshen it up last year, I found a 1" long crack. The Tlock was used out of a Bronco with unknown milage, I don't have a girdle, and I run ET Streets at...

Black shows every imperfection. What colors do the opposite?

I'm looking at painting my car sometime in the near future and my car is not perfect. I want to do a color change because the car is black. What colors do you recommend that will help hide any flaws in bodywork? This is no show car and I don't plan on spending thousands. I would just like a...

    how long do t-5's last?

If you're really worried about something happening to your T5, you should consider having a spair laying around. One reason why they blow up is because of people putting too much clutch in there. With these trannies, it's always good to have a clutch a little on the weak side. I'm only...

    bad rear end noise

Did that fix it? I don't see it making any noise because it's a little low on fluid. it might be making noise if it was almost empty or the Tlock it on it's last leg. Are you sure it's the rear and not a wheel bearing or brakes?

    front coil springs please help

oh, step 2 above should say about unbolting sway bar end link. I forgot. I don't run a sway bar right now. You can try 89sleeper's method, but I've never heard of anyone doing that. Be careful getting the old spring out though. I'll have to try it myself next time. I know when doing the...

    front coil springs please help

It's been a while but........... 1) set the car on jackstands by the K-member 2) place a big floor jack under the control arm(I think you can place it on the spring pocket) 3) loosen the conrol arm to K-member bolts and jack the control arm up enough to releive the tension on the bolts 4)...

    front coil springs please help

Grow up people. The way I replace front springs is to remove the bolts that bolt the A-arm to the K-member. No spring compressors needed.

    how long do t-5's last?

I have 156,000 miles on mine right now. I have probably 100 passes down the quarter mile with about half of them launching at 5,000 rpms on ET Streets. I use a Steeda shifter and a stock replacement D&D clutch. I know it's a ticking time bomb, but it seems to be taking everything that I...
