    How did you check the iac? Take that baby off and make sure it is clean, then double check it and make sure it is clean again. Or at least that is what I would do

    You don't want to do that, if they don't blow up they will definitly start to crack between the holes you drill. If you want a bette performance brake rotor then you should just buy one that is designed that way.

    Battery is being drained?

    first get a multimeter set it to amps, wire it in series with the battery and start pulling fuses. The one that drops the most is the circuit you need to track down.
