    drop the K and its a straight shot to all the bolts, except for one on the drivers side, which you might have to pull off the motor mount to get to. And if memory serves me right, you can align it for free when you're finished:nice:

    flowtechs do clear the trans...and I haven't had a problem with mine.

    I dont mind my Flowtechs, but they were very easy to install correctly because the motor was out of the car. I put plenty of RTV on, but the slip joint rusted together anyway so it doesnt leak at all haha:rlaugh:

    I always just cap it off with a rubber glove.....unless it needs a change, there's no reason to drain it.

    1. Drop exhaust out of the way 2. Unplug speed sensor, clutch cable, and any other wiring that may be zip tied to Transmission 3. Remove shifter 4. Remove G load Brace 5. Remove Trans cross-member 6. Transmission Bolts: 2 Bolts on top, 2 bolts on bottom, 3 bolts on starter, 3 bolts on left...

    take the front timing cover off and make sure the chain didnt jump a link. Make sure to mark the chains in the correct positions if you haven't already.

    Power Steering Rack Removal Issues.....

    SRT, take a crowbar and pry the steering connector piece off the shaft. It may take some force but you wont hurt anything. Then the rack should slide right off the 2 posts of the K member in the forward direction. Lube those up before you slide it back on and you should be good to go.

    best place for kill switch?

    i always though putting one in the storage compartment in the driver side door would be cool. Not like anything else fits in there anyway.
