Will a 70mm throtle body work best with C&l Intake or 75mm?

Ronnie - Were those dyno tests with or without the plenum change? I've got the Plenum sitting in the garage now. Accufab 75mm is on the way along with C&L 80mm MAF. I'm dyno testing the entire combo in about 2 weeks for results on my nitrous'd GT. Should be interesting to feel that...

C&L Plenum and Accufab 75mm TB are not hype to me anymore!

Nice dyno results! I just got my C&L Plenum in the mail yesterday. I'm doing a full dyno test on it with the accufab 75 and writing a complete analysis of it for my website. I want to prove without a doubt whether or not this thing is kicking out the claims. ;) I'll also be one of the...

Bypass the A/C compressor? Shorter belt?

Is it possible to somehow bypass the a/c compressor with a shorter belt during the cooler months or during track use, so that the parasitic drag on the engine is removed? In looking at the belt path, I don't really see a way the belt can go around the a/c pulley, but maybe I'm missing...

    My hood struts are installed!

Yes, they're rivoted. I had to buy a rivot gun ($9) but Redline includes the rivots for the installation. The rivots make it look more professional. And if it needs to come out, you can always carefully drill it out.

    My hood struts are installed!

Yea, my stock hood was like that too. But the Steeda hood I just let down easy to the first safety catch, and give it a sturdy push and it latches solid.

    My hood struts are installed!

Honestly I dont see how the hood could warp. The struts merely just give the hood something to lean on. The only stress on the outside of teh hood comes from the raising/lowering of the hood. And it moves very freely. It's not like I'm forcing it down or up. It moves on it's own almost. There...

    My hood struts are installed!

Yea, that's what they're designed for is the stock hoods. I took a chance with it working on my Steeda hood.

    My hood struts are installed!

I thought I'd share this with you guys. I finally got around to installing my new hood struts to replace the factory prop rod. New hood struts are from Redline Tuning :nice: They installed perfectly on my Steeda hood even though I was worried about the fiberglass not holding. The only...

rear seat delete kit in, but have a question

If it's a coupe, yes. Convertible, not really. The back frame section of the rear seat in a coupe weighs a whopping 26lbs. The bottom is about 12lbs and the headrest another 4 lbs. Add the seatbelts (5lbs) and padding (1lb) and you've got yourself a substanstial weight out of the car. With...

rear seat delete kit in, but have a question

That bar you're referring to only started on the mid 03 model and up. It's a child seat mounting bar from what I hear. Haven't seen it in person though. Just remove it and it should fit just fine.

    Automatic guys rejoice!

I agree. :D I know this is not the automatic, but I had to show off my Deluxe gripper for the 5spd. MGW makes some great stuff! Ameration, i had never paid any attention to the fact that you have a boot over yours. Very nice. :nice:

    93 Mustang GX?

Sounds like a dealer installed (and devised) option only. I've never heard of that from Ford, so it may have been a creation by that dealership. If that's the case, the value would not be anything substantial.

99 Yellow GT Coupe, 5spd Mac Catback 3" tips - Very nice deep tone. (deeper than Flowmasters) Installation was done by myself in my garage on ramps. Had to cut off stock exhaust due to clearance getting it off. Love the sound. The pipes fit perfectly out the back with a little bit of adjusting...
