    Tuesday, Oct 19 @ 11:50 a.m. My dealer called and said they just got in a Red 05 w/ red leather option, fully loaded sitting on the dealer floor. I told him he couldn't give me enough for my trade he then proceeded to ask when I was coming in and I said, "TONIGHT"

    I guess I have purchased alot of cars because I thought I would be happy with each, but I guess there is only one car that makes me truly happy. Thats why I kept the 93 Cobra. I want to make the next purchase the last one but I feel if I buy a Mach 1 then when I see the 05 I might get the itch.

    O.K. everyone is saying the TMV is low. Edmunds has the TMV at 25,646. And that's minus the $2,500. $28,146 minus 2,500 = 25,646 but I wish they did it that way. X-plan is $27,095 then the tax,title,tags which is about $2,500 then they minus the $2,500 off the bottom which still makes it...

    I don't know how you could get the mach for $24 when the invoice is more,but the X-plan price is $27 then tax,tags, etc then minus $2500 so the tax and tags are a wash. I know I could get it cheaper but I'd rather spend the extra money and get my own.

    I have a problem. I really want to buy an 05 Stang but I have come across a white 04 Mach 1 on the dealer lot and I am also X-plan. As a 5 time fox body Mustang owner (which I still have a 93 Cobra w/ 10,000 miles nesting in my garage) I can't stop thinking on what to do. Ford is now offering...

    As far as I know. Everyone is saying $50 under invoice, 300 over... I thought X-plan was the best any civilian besides a Ford employee could get???

I put towels on the seats when I drive my 1 or 2 mile joy rides a month and can say Ford leather STINKS! But...

    I guess what I really meant was after they come out with the pricing where could I get the X-plan pricing, so I know the dealer is really giving it to me. Even though to my understanding they have to show it to you but I still dont trust them.
