    Gas Mileage

    Going from home to Chicago to see a buddy with luggage and passenger. I got 27.8 mpg up there at 70 mph. Would have got more if we kept it 65. These cars can get a respectable mileage with few mods. My mods at the time were Magnaflow catback and K&N FIPK.

    Just put them in my car. Barely noticeable power, though the car does gett better fuel mpg than before. All stock except exhaust and 3g upgrade(down to air silencer).

    same drop, B's are progressive and C's are linear in spring rates, Hence B's are less harsh than C's. I believe that B's were used on Bullitt cars. They had Tokico shocks on them though.

    I have both and until I started putting some bolt ons on the 5.0 it would have won the 60' battle but lost the 1/4 mile war. Now it is a drivers race.

    I just fitted a UPR X and Magnaflow catback. I think the sound is growing on me. Definatly a better performer for it.

    actually I think Nos is the one that uses the gas pedal. Zex uses the TP sensor to trigger the nitrous. Off topic Does anyone know web sites where you can find nitrous refilling stations?

    you probably lost low end torque. That would give a huge SOTP feel of being slower. That exhaust flows for a V-8 at 2.5" I would have gone 2.25"-2" with tips that were bigger.

    that's what I thought too. The revs come much quicker with a 2.5 from headers back rather than stock with weld in flows. I should look into replacing that stuff but hey that takes money.
