    A sad day indeed.

You need this (especially in Montreal):

So after my overheating issue, the car will not start now

It's definitely a bad connection somewhere. I don't know where, though. I was pressed for time today, so I didn't get a chance to do a lot of troubleshooting. I boosted from my GFs car, to mine, without hers on. Nadda. I then took off the jumpers and moved the car (someone needed to park)...

    who remembers?

I think I have to find someone that will allow me to do the same thing. Anyone want to 'lease' my GT for a couple years? :D

GF bought a new car yesterday...Check this out...

It's absurdly fun in the corners. Last night there was no one around so I felt free to drive around the local roundabout about 10 times :D The pull on the VR6 is great, too. It's quite torquey, but the top end is also satisfying. She loves the car, and I've officially brought her over to...

    I'm looking at a 1967 Fairlane ...

Nice! If I could have any of the vehicles on that truck, the fairlane would be the obvious choice. So...need any help prepping it for paint? :)

Thanks guys. I'll hopefully have an answer tomorrow.

So after my overheating issue, the car will not start now

The most logical explanation would be that it's not grounding correctly/cleanly. Does the CCRM have any impact on the car starting (or not)?

    anybody try these ebay shocks/struts

If you want budget struts, go with the mach 1 Tokicos. I wouldn't take a chance on an off brand strut when you can get lifetime warranties with Tokico and Bilstein...

So after my overheating issue, the car will not start now

It's acting like it has a dead battery. The battery is however, good. 90% charge on the charger, and it starts my Audi up fine. I've checked all of the connections, and everything *looks* fine. It won't crank, it only clicks. FP does the typical 'clicky clicky clicky' noise. When I try to...

What is your favorite war movie(s)?

Shooter is good too. Not really 'war', but it's kickass none the less.

Looking back, I'm a huge noob for even writing 1800 pounds. :bang: Live and learn :)

What is your favorite war movie(s)?

:nice: Add Three Kings to the list. The Deer Hunter is another good one. You may not like it though (half of the movie has nothing to do with Vietnam...well...not to do with fighting)

picture: You can find them on ebay all day long for $300

Fresh out of the paint shop - my new ride! Pics!

Keep in mind that figure does not include what a body shop would charge to do all the prep work (removal, sanding, bondo, degreasing, priming, fitting, etc) Realistically, you're going to pay $2500 + for a good color change if you are not doing the majority of the work yourself (the prep work)

    Wheel spacers...what size???

BTDT. Luckily they were my old Kumhos. I had 1 1/4 spacers on 275s, and it looked bad by the end. Should have rolled the fenders when I had the car painted. Oh well.

What did you do to match the rear brakes to the 2000 Brembo Cobra R kit?

As has already been mentioned, Baer has a kit to accommodate 13" rotors (if you can live with the rotors they give you, or figure out the size, and find your own)
