what are these flo-fit seats worth??
Ok, i bought my 5.0 a few months ago and i finally got her home after a long stay at the trans shop.. Car has alot of visual mods but these new Flo-Fit seats really stand out. They are brand new.. i personally really really like them but I want black leather and didnt see recovering these seats...- cantbuytime

Is the 302 too out of date? Obsolete? Should the sn95 guys bail?

For all the people wondering about targa tops....
If u can get for $500 to $800. i would grab it myself.. I think if you fill the quarter windows and put the scoops in their place, that would set it off :hail2:.... It would be one of few, look cool and turn heads.. i think you could brace it really good inside the rear quarters with plate...- cantbuytime

For all the people wondering about targa tops....
i have seen one of these done personally and 1 that someone did in their garage.. There was a 94 cobra that was done by a reputable shop I worked at and the guy spent an extra 2k to stiffen the structure of the car and it still ended up leaking. then joel did his 96 cobra at home in his garage...- cantbuytime

80's 351W heads modded to the max
Ok got the tag :(:(. i cant read all the machine tag specs & notes too well. its all kinda blurry. the tag got wet somewhere along the line. i dont have the heads yet. 80's 351W heads modded to the max
hey all. Got a question. I had a 84' F150 with a 351W all stock.. I pulled the motor and sold the heads to a die hard Stang builder.. He took the heads to a shop i worked at, we swapped out the stock valves for stainless 2.02I and 1.6?E. new guides,seats, screw in studs and ported them out too...- cantbuytime

What is really the best step in power gain??
i am sorry, didnt mean to confuse the explorer 302 with the 351... I dont have to have 500hp but it would be nice.. either way, rather it be a 351 or a mild 302/347.. i really want 400+hp with a supercharger.. So boosting a 347 to over 400hp is living in the danger zone eh?:shrug: That just...- cantbuytime

What is really the best step in power gain??
I have been told that you can run a Victor Jr carb intake with a throttle body adapter tube from edelbrock.. And that will flow better then the trick flow, or other aftermarket 5.0 dual intakes..??????????????? I guess you would need custom fuel rails too????? I got a set of gt40 heads...- cantbuytime

Ok all.. This car is seriously lacking in the power department.My old ride was a 700HP daily driver, maybe thats why this just isnt cutting it.. I was going to build a 347 but Its looking like the I should just hault on the 347 and go for a 351 build.. I really want 400hp or more out of this car...- cantbuytime

My wife love my car more then me , regardless all the trouble it has been to get the trans fixxed.. i told her i was gonna buy a new 5.0 and she said Sure if it was for her.. She doesnt like her 2002 60k mile Escort ZX2 anymore now that i got my SN95. But I had to ground her from my car cause...- cantbuytime

Max power with stock GT cam?
Come on.. Half those mag articles fudge the numbers.. back in 2001 I built a mexican block 302 for a friend, stock crank and rods, 9.3 flat tops,Trickflow heads and intake along with a stock cam and 1.7 rockers.. It laid down 303hp and 288tq in a 91 fox with a T5.. about 3 months later we...- cantbuytime

Trans slipping and looking for Cobra front ground effect
Would a Mach 1 chin spoiler fit on a 95 cobra bumper? :shrug: Thats more or less what i was looking for too.. Anyone got pics if a chin spoiler on a 94 to 98 cobra bumper??? I like the one i stated previously by ABC but you have to buy the whole bumper i think?:shrug:- cantbuytime

4" cowl hood pics and questions
4" of hood is a lot to look over, especially if its a daily driver..my 2.5" hood is right on the line of having good visibility.. i like the looks of the 3" hood too but thats when it starts really cutting out your line out sight.. 4" belongs on a track or show car.. just my 2 cents.. everyone...- cantbuytime

Trans slipping and looking for Cobra front ground effect
Yes its an auto transmission.sorry..thank you for that info on converter fluid...:D well i dropped it off at a friends job to have it checked out.. Unfortunately its AAMCO.. I also found that bumper too. I thought that ground effect piece was a bolt on and not a whole bumper. i dont wanna buy...- cantbuytime

Ok first I was trying to find the front ground effect for the cobra bumper(like 91LX_5L has)?? next my trans started slipping while getting emissions tested yesterday.. 1st gear only.. New guy finally got the Stang he wanted!!!
I will be 31 this year..hopefully i will not add to many more cars to my list of being owned.. Ok now, first things first.. the slugish 1st gear.. Seems like the converter is staying locked up. It will die when u put it in gear sometimes.. No check engine light or codes being thrown...What...- cantbuytime
