    I'm not really worried about it, MGW has pretty much a stellar reputation. Just surprised is all, and impatient LOL can't wait to get rid of the factory wet noodle.

    Ordered my shifter late Friday night last week, and MGW called me today and said they still have to make it and it should ship out sometime late next week?:eek: I definitely give them props for calling to let me know, just REALLY surprised they don't have any on hand.....did anyone else...

    Newbie Exhaust question

    I was the same way. Just installed an SLP Loudmouth axle back kit....and I can't imagine doing anything more to the exhaust, it sounds SO good and SO loud. VERY impressed at the difference.

    I searched (not in LA of course but just as an example) autotrader, vehix, and cars.com every day for about two months and ended up picking up my '06 GT with only 7K on the clock back in August for $15K. So just be vigilant, and don't settle til you find as close to what you want as possible...

    Buy a used S197 GT or a NEW V6????

    For me, I prefer the body style of the 05-09's. I was looking in to both and ended up finding my '06 with only 7000 miles on it for 17K.

    New S197 for me!

    I'm already having tons of fun with it. It's gonna be my daily driver for at least the next year or two, so I'm not gonna do too much modding, plus there are still 2 years left on the extended warranty.
