MGW shifter...we still have to make it!?!?!?!?

Ordered my shifter late Friday night last week, and MGW called me today and said they still have to make it and it should ship out sometime late next week? I definitely give them props for calling to let me know, just REALLY surprised they don't have any on hand.....did anyone else experiance this with them? Can't WAIT to put the thing in!!

Unfortunately it's the sign of the times of slow economy, I've run into that with a few manufacturers and lucky for me they've been able to notify me quickly and in turn I've been able to notify my customers. So far so good. I know it sux but if I where you I wouldn't worry about it.

I'm not really worried about it, MGW has pretty much a stellar reputation. Just surprised is all, and impatient LOL can't wait to get rid of the factory wet noodle.

Finally got it!! Install tomorrow, can't wait!!

It's in!!! PITA to do in the driveway without a lift, PITA to stratch that rubber boot around the base. Adjusted to 7 turns, and has a B&M Hammerhead T-Handle just like my 95 did. LOVE IT!!! HUGE difference!!

Same as with my 95, people see the T-handle and say awww why did you get an automatic? My reply is usually "Count the pedals jackass"
