    When the tyre loses some of its tread, it WILL look smaller. Especially the tread along the corners .... that will make them look thinner. 17x10s anyone? edited to spell it 'tyre' ... so the stupid system doesn't automatically put a link on the word that I didn't want there.

    Who makes 17x10 wheels?

    I've been looking for 17"x10" wheels with about a 6" backspacing ... can't find any! I know Bogart could make me some, but at $480 ea, I'd rather find something off-the-shelf. The AFS Cobra R's are very close, but they're 17x10.5. Weld doesn't have any. Any suggestions?

    Exhaust Baffles

    Don't misunderstand the post about the fiberglass wrap ... it should be left on the baffle. I think you may find that they reduce the noise much more at higher rpms. On my car (Magnaflows with Bassani baffles), the sound level drops about 2 or 3 dB at wide open throttle, from 95 dB to 92 dB...
