    Tire.com says 235-45-17 on a 17x9 inch rim..

    245's fit stock 8inch wide rims pretty damn good.. on a 9inch rim i'd want a 275.

4 cyl to 5.0 swap, what to look for

Make sure it has all the V8 options.. 11" front brakes, rear sway bar, 8.8 limited slip rear end.. also make sure all the electrical works and that the tach is accurate. If you can get it in the air, try to verify that the tranny is a V8 tranny. Look the car over very carefully for quality...

Best way to break in a clutch?

I don't have any adjustment. Stock cable with a centerforce dual friction clutch. Aslong as the clutch is fully disengauging, then why would this be an issue for anything other than comfort?

Best way to break in a clutch?

My engangement point is very high too.. probably around 3/4's to the top of the pedal. What's wrong with that?

You could just switch bumpers, mouldings and the hood if you want. They are nearly identical otherwise.. except different interior.

Sounds like MM standard lowers and stock replacement upper arms+bushings would suit you perfect.

    Front Coil spring install!

My C springs with urethane isolators/insulators went in with some muscle. I also recommend using a safety chain or strap, those springs can be dangerous!!

Any tricks for upper strut bolts?

I took the top of the strut off, directly under the strut nut with the suspension loaded. Came off pretty easy and i didn't destroy anything other than the strut.

Ranger rear axle hubs not snug.. ?

You've got my situation mixed up - and MM does not make 1/8" hub centric spacers. I ordered MM's 1/2" hub centric spacers with 3" studs, to be used with my ranger axles. Ranger axles having a smaller hub than stock axles, and this would defeat some of the purpose of hub centric spacers...

Got in a lill argument with Da Silvia at Performance World

Roland: Joe is a great guy and very honest, he was just trying to save you the money and hassle. Obviously he's had bad luck with quads/adjusters so he has given it up entirely. For clarity, his last name is DaSilva.
