    put in the two most bottom bolts before trying to take out the top bolts. If you start to strip the top bolts with a normal universal, go get a impac one they have more turning radius. you might be able to get to them from the top behind the intake if you have a long wrench and a friend guide...

    I had the same trouble. I removed the lower intake and put a wrench on it and I was able to get it off. another thing you might run into is getting new bolts to replace to ones you rounded. ford does not sell the direct fit ones anymore and you will have to go a size longer and a higher grade.

    you can use a heavy duty jack and jack up the tranny and engine right after the oil pan to raise the engine just enough to take the weight off the K-member then loosen the K-member bolts and try to adjust it.

    how did you rebuild your turbo seals. I bought one of the t3/t4 rebuild kits as that is what my turbos are. and I cannot see where the gaskets they sent in the kit would fit anywhere. Did you take any pics when you rebuilt your. if so can you post them. thanks

    Here in CT I passed with the ODBII test with no cats or EGR. I went somewhere that does a "quick" visual check. Both systems are turned off in my tune and on the score card the systems have a N/A after them.

    I agree with the "if there is a problem with the turbos they will smoke all the time" so I am going to add a catch can system and reseat the lower intake on a new gasket and see if that helps.

    It looks white. if it is coolant then it should be a head gasket and I should see oil in my overflow tank and a whitish milkly substance in my oil. Which I am not. I did however remove my lower intake so I will have to check that out and see if I am leaking anything from there.

    My car is twin turboed. I reorganized the oil return lines and added a scavange pump, that stoped the smoke when idealing. Now when I run it hard under boost I have a lot of White smoke. Would a breather/catch can setup help, or is this valve float. or ????

    I can get a 90's tbird IRS for cheap and I am wondering if anyone has any information on them. Would I be able to use this rearend in my 68 fastback. would it be to wide or narrow. Any more information would be helpful
