I've had the same problem as you guys are talkin about. I replaced the clutch quadrant and installed a firewall adjuster. Once I had adjusted the cable taught the pedal didn't feel 'lose' that the top and no more squeak! An additional benefit is that the clutch feels much smoother as well. Hope...

I know i'm going to get eaten alive for this but I have to ask:

If one of your major goals is to save weight why not install an aftermarket tubular k-member w/ tubular a-arms w/ coil-overs? (Griggs or Maximum Motorsports) That alone would save you plenty in weight while improving your stang's overall handling 10 fold. Shed weight my man!! (Don't sacrifice...

Anyone Using Eibach Drag Springs on the Street?

I've picked up a new set of Eibach drag springs for cheap & am wondering if I'm wasting my time installing them on my daily driven '99. I was told that the ride quality would be worse than stock if I installed them on a steet car. Can any of you guys shed some 1st hand knowledge on this?

    Visited the Dyno yesterday...

Actually hp & tq results were highest on the 3rd run but tuner printed that run on a page w/ power and a/f ratio (no tq info). I can't recall what it was so I sharing actual figures (tq from second best run). The belt wasn't slipping. I'll have to look into that. No boost gauges & no printout so...

Some car problems...P1401, and it is hesitating..

Do yourself a favor and take a minute to double check all of your work on the instaled intake-related mods (accufab stuff). Make sure that gaskets and vacuum lines are installed correctly. Did you reset your computer? (disconnect your battery) Also let car warm up before getting on it!

blown GT--what should be my next mod--need advice

Prices vary from based on type of material (steel vs. aluminum) but I'd say $175 - 450 for both upper & lowers. The lowest costing arms are obviously crap and prob. not worth your while. To install both uppers & lowers you'll need to yank the rear springs first and have a jack and 2 stands (I...

Eibach Releasing 'Pro-Steet' Product Line: 4-6 Weeks

Sooner or later you will have pretty much covered the typical bolt-ons & will look to improve your car. That is kindof where I'm at now. Certainly not saying that it's not expensive but your car will ride so much better than any regular coil spring combo you could setup. MM makes great stuff...

    Fuel Pump ?

FYI- People advise against using this setup for long though. It's deffinitely not a long term/reliable solution.
